Art League of Central invites DSFAA to Kathy Stone Miller Workshop

The Art League of Central is privileged to host a one day workshop entitled “Composition & Critique” led by watercolorist Kathy Miller Stone. Ms. Stone has been a professional artist for 50 years in both water color and oil, has received multiple awards for her work, is a member of 17 watercolor societies, and is a member of the National League of American Pen Women in the Arts. Her work has been published in several journals and books. She will be offering critiques and advice on works in progress, along with leading participants in exercises in composition. The workshop will be held Saturday, February 22, from 9:00-4:00, at Magnolia United Methodist Church, 16024 Greenwell Springs Road, Central. There will be a half hour break for lunch, please bring your own. The cost is $31.00 for members of the ALC, $40 for non-members, and is due with the registration. Space is limited, so this is offered on a first come, first served basis. Deadline is February 15. Participants shall bring a work in progress, in any medium, for Ms. Stone’s input, and shall bring their own supplies. Mail the registration and the workshop fee to The Art League of Central, P.O.
